Madison Martin
Madison Martin is a South Carolina native, originally from Aiken. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology with a minor in Spanish from the College of Charleston in 2018 before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2023. Madison focuses her practice on real estate transactions and also brings experience in estate planning and environmental law. She is committed to making the legal process approachable and providing clients with knowledgeable, thoughtful guidance throughout each transaction. Outside the office, Madison enjoys playing volleyball, hiking with her husband, and cheering on women’s sports, especially South Carolina Women’s Basketball. Go Gamecocks!
