Stephanie Weissenstein
Stephanie Weissenstein graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2004 and is a long-time resident of the Midlands. Ms. Weissenstein’s practice focuses primarily on residential real estate closings, mortgage loan refinances, and real property litigation including partition actions and actions to quiet title. Ms. Weissenstein enjoys teaching various continuing education courses to real estate agents, brokers, and attorneys throughout the State on topics such as agency, contracts, disclosure, and ethics/compliance. When not at work, Stephanie enjoys “outside time” at home in downtown Columbia with her family.
