Kevin Sandifer
Kevin grew up in Chapin, SC, graduating from Chapin High School in 1988. With stops along the way at the University of South Carolina, Winthrop University, the University of Utah, he graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology in 1994. Returning to the University of South Carolina for Law School – Kevin graduated in 2000 and was sworn in the same year. During law school he worked with the Senate Judiciary Committee and the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. After law school, the majority of Kevin’s experience is focused on real estate, primarily residential but with a smattering of commercial real estate as well. Kevin has a wealth of knowledge about reverse mortgages having closed more than 1,000 reverse mortgages. Kevin’s hobbies and passions include exploring the state of South Carolina, gardening, history, and college athletics.
